 ation Training. Come join us to discuss the socialization of masculinity w
 ithin our society and how we as mentors can support the masculine identifi
 ed youth in our community.\n\nWhen we practice showing up for the masculin
 e youth in our community\, everybody benefits. Understanding the importanc
 e of this work is one thing\, but taking personal responsibility for the y
 outh in our community is how collective change can truly happen. When boys
  grow up without positive\, reliable men in their lives\, it creates multi
 -generational waves of harm throughout communities. Most of us today can i
 dentify how either absent or hurtful men have impacted our own lives. At B
 TMT\, our work focuses on men learning the skills we need to provide healt
 hy\, reliable mentorship to teenage boys and masculine-identified youth in
  our communities. In order to hold space in these dynamic settings\, we ex
 plore our own teen years to consider what we needed from the adults in our
  lives so that we can honor ourselves and the youth that we serve. Through
  these practices\, together we can end cycles of harm.\n\nThis training is
  no cost to you other than your time.\n\nThis training will be located at 
 our office in downtown Tucson 738 N 5th Ave. ste 130\n\nFood will be provi
 ded!\n\nOur building is wheel chair accessible!\n\nPlease fill out the inf
